I know what you might be wondering…

  • We split the full payment in to 2 or 3 parts over the project timeline depending on what suits you. Longer payment plans can also be arranged if you need it.

  • If you’re looking for something quick and budget-friendly, a template is your best bet—you can customise it to reflect your brand and get online fast. A custom design is perfect if you want a more personalised approach and need something unique to your brand from the ground up. It’s all about what level of support and customisation you want!

  • There are two rounds of revisions included in the branding and website design packages. If you need more, no problem, they can be done but there will be an extra cost.

  • All of my website designs are built in Squarespace. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and perfect for wellness brands because it makes managing your site stress-free—even if tech isn’t your favorite thing.

  • Yes! Absolutely. Just head to my portfolio page to see other brand design and web design projects.

  • I gather a lot of information at the start of the project to ensure I have a really good understanding of your business - including your mission, vision, values and the unique story behind your business.

  • Professional photos definitely help elevate your site, but they aren’t a must. We can work with what you’ve got, and I’m also happy to suggest where to find some beautiful stock images that fit your vibe. If professional photos are in your budget, they can make a world of difference!

  • If you need small updates or tweaks after launch, I offer Studio Days, which are perfect for keeping things fresh without committing to a big redesign. You can also do it yourself easily—Squarespace makes quick updates simple, even if you’re not super techy.

  • A Studio Day is one day of focused design or marketing support tailored to your needs. Whether it's refreshing your website, updating branding, or getting email marketing set up, we’ll achieve as much as possible in a full day to get you feeling aligned and ready to go.
